Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience across client and server environments
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python plus working proficiency in Rust or C++
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs services and integrations
- Experience with modular plugin-based architectures and clear interfaces
- Experience with real-time or streaming data processing under latency and throughput constraints
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems and data pipelines
- Experience with REST APIs IoT connectivity MQTT OPC-UA Modbus and RTSP video streaming

Day to day
- Partner directly with customers to understand needs and scope production solutions across industrial IoT and predictive maintenance use cases.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, demos, and proof-of-concept builds with prospects and customers.
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications, backend services, integrations, and data pipelines that run reliably in real customer environments.
