Requirements

  • Proven sourcing professional with a track record in fast paced environments
  • Fluent in English and one or more of Spanish French or German
  • Strong advanced Boolean search skills across major recruiting platforms
  • Experience using recruitment CRM and ATS tools effectively
  • Ability to build healthy internal partnerships and collaborate well
  • Accountable to process deadlines and results
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years related experience or graduate degree with 4 years related experience
  • Right to work in the UK and able to live within commuting distance of the assigned site

Day to day

  • Source and attract talent across EMEA sites including the UK Germany Ireland Lithuania Spain France and Italy
  • Partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand business needs roles culture and success criteria
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies market insights and compelling employment propositions to influence hiring decisions
  • Maintain regular stakeholder communication manage action items and drive progress toward SLAs while delivering a world class candidate experience
