Requirements
- 7+ years of UX Research experience leading strategic research programs across multiple product areas
- Experience developing and leading mixed methods research strategies with data and analytics partners
- Expert understanding of research methodologies and ability to select the best method for the task
- Strong portfolio of research deliverables that support business objectives and actionable decisions
- Ability to deliver compelling research narratives to senior stakeholders
- Degree in HCI Design Sociology Psychology Anthropology or related field or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Lead mixed-methods research programs across 4–6 product areas, shaping strategy and driving high-impact product decisions.
- Build deep expertise on users, problems, and competitive context, becoming the recognized knowledge source for product and design teams.
- Mentor researchers and partner with senior PMs, XD leaders, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing Insights to prioritize work, define human-centered metrics, and turn findings into clear narratives and next steps.
