Who you are

• Experience supporting refugees into employment
• Understanding challenges faced by unemployed, non-English speakers
• Fluency in Arabic, Dari/Pashto/Farsi or Tigrinya
• Experience in advice and guidance, supervising caseload
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills (CRM database, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to work remotely with confidence
• Cross-cultural sensitivity
• Business-level English

Desirables

• Experience in delivering online workshops
• Experience planning creative online classroom activities
• Understanding barriers faced by women refugees in the UK
• Professional teaching qualification

What the job involves

• Provide remote employment support to refugee clients across the UK
• Prepare clients for competitive employment to achieve training and employment objectives
• Work to performance targets based on client outcomes like training completion, voluntary work placements and sustained paid employment
