Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with commercial and operational awareness
- Experience in Store Format or Visual Design role, ideally within retail
- Knowledge of store refurbishment programs and milestones
- Understanding of store design architecture, branding, space planning, layout principles
- Proficiency in translating design intent drawings, CAD plans, construction packs
- Experience in veterinary practice planning and design (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and prioritisation abilities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have

Day to day
- Support the delivery of format models across a varied and growing estate
- Drive an ambitious and fast-paced pet care centre refurbishment programme
- Implement effective design solutions for store and vet practice extensions
