Requirements
- Current DHS TSA EOD Suitability Public Trust
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of Federal consulting experience with communications presentation or design preferred
- Strong command of MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Design tools such as Canva or Visio a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and executive briefings
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to coordinate schedules workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Experience producing products under tight deadlines
- Experience with SharePoint site design preferred

Day to day
- Support a DHS component with customer experience strategy communications and organizational improvement efforts.
- Develop targeted messaging and produce polished deliverables including memos PowerPoints fact sheets case studies articles brochures briefing books and reports.
- Manage project documentation stakeholder engagement survey support meeting facilitation and business process improvement activities.
