Day to day

  • Work on a dynamic Strategic Finance team and collaborate closely with various departments at Grow Therapy, including Growth, Operations, Provider Recruitment, Revenue Cycle Management, and Corporate Development
  • Provide data-driven insights that will shape our strategic direction
  • Monitor spend across all departments and negotiate our third-party SaaS contracts
  • Collaborate in-person with our C-Suite on ad-hoc projects, including investor reporting, fundraising, and Board materials
