Requirements

  • E2E Strategy Consulting Experience in defining business and technology gaps for clients, co-create solutions and initiatives with C-level clients.
  • Focus on Commercial Excellence (CRM, QTC, Finance) and Data & Automation (operational metrics, data pipelines, data warehouse, BI layer).
  • Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills to communicate project updates, design decisions, risks, and issues to C-level clients and board members.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills to manage and work collaboratively with TechTorch team members and client team members daily.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to create and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Work Streams and Projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Project and JIRA for Project Management Software and Tools.
  • Good Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall Project Management Methodologies.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel Skills.
  • Strong Team and People Development Skills.
  • Experience collaborating across many time zones and skill sets.
