- 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting business operations or PMO roles with success managing large cross-functional initiatives
- Strong change management skills across product finance and go-to-market functions
- Executive communication and storytelling skills with ability to influence without authority
- Strong analytical problem-solving and data synthesis skills with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Experience with program management tools and methodologies to drive execution and accountability

Day to day
- Lead cross-functional strategic programs that translate corporate priorities into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.

- Partner with leaders across product finance and go-to-market to align stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver executive-ready progress updates.
