Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred such as MBA MS PhD or equivalent
- 4–7+ years of experience in strategy business operations consulting or business development within pharma life sciences healthcare or life science technology
- Strong scientific literacy with understanding of oncology immunology or related therapeutic areas
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical partnerships strategy or cross-functional R&D workstreams
- Familiarity with AI/ML in life sciences and biomarker discovery or clinical development
- Strong organizational project management capabilities
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Clear direct communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day
- Partner directly with R&D Product Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to advance initiatives and maintain cross-functional alignment
- Monitor industry trends competitive dynamics and competitive intelligence across AI genomics and therapeutics to inform decision-making
- Use data and structured thinking to track priorities improve operational rigor and deliver clear actionable updates
- Support strategic initiatives biomarker strategy external partnerships and leadership special projects with strong follow-through
- Prepare conference and stakeholder materials capture insights and help refine internal strategy
- Work through ambiguous problems and translate complex multimodal data into practical solutions
