Requirements
- Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution and 8 years of software engineer or infrastructure experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and 14 years of software engineer or infrastructure experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory or technical leadership role leading software engineering teams
- 5+ years designing and developing cloud-native applications using Java Spring Boot Kafka Cassandra PostgreSQL and OpenSearch
- 3+ years with DevOps and CI/CD using GitHub Kubernetes Terraform AWS S3 and containerized microservices
- Experience building healthcare technology solutions with FHIR and working in regulated environments requiring ATO and security compliance
- Experience supporting international deployments and distributed systems with scalability and resiliency considerations

Day to day

- Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices across international deployments to deliver secure reliable high-availability products and respond to production incidents as needed.
