Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related field
- Required
- 5–8 years in supply planning demand planning or S&OP within a manufacturing site environment
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience using APS and ERP tools beyond Excel
- Practical knowledge of SAP SAP IBP SAP APO Infor Finite Scheduling or Blue Yonder preferred
- Proven experience in large-scale business process improvement projects with defined timelines deliverables and metrics
- Strong understanding of business transformation and change management principles
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently at site level with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- Senior Manager level experience
- Change management certification
Day to day
- Own the localized deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites and act as the primary on-site transformation contact.
- Support each site through initial deployment and go-live, then transition into light-touch sustainability support for the prior wave.
- Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to align processes with the Target Operating Model, build adoption, and strengthen compliance.
- Conduct site readiness assessments, identify capability gaps, deliver training, track KPIs, and escalate risks and barriers to successful transformation.
