Requirements
- Commercial experience with JavaScript and Node.js
- Ability to work across front-end and backend systems
- Confidence investigating live production issues
- Strong debugging skills
- Comfort working with APIs logs and cloud infrastructure

Day to day
- Own technical support issues from first triage through to full resolution across the stack.
- Investigate scraping failures API submission errors and infrastructure bottlenecks with strong debugging discipline.
- Improve observability reduce technical debt and build AI-assisted workflows and playbooks to prevent recurring issues.
