Day to day

  • Provide technical support to customers via email and phone with timely, thoughtful troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain full stack features using JavaScript with Node.js and Backbone.js while improving the application experience
  • Debug issues, update databases, manage GitHub branches, and deploy changes in a Linux and Docker environment
