Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced SQL Server skills, including queries and reporting
  • Strong experience with Windows server configuration and IIS troubleshooting
  • Experience with web APIs, CSV, XML data, Remote Desktop, and VPN is essential
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

What the job involves

  • Assist support team in live queues during peak season
  • Support clients throughout regular support hours, occasionally including weekends
  • Partner with Product and Development teams on troubleshooting and service initiatives
  • Provide technical mentorship and feedback to Technical Support Specialists
  • Address clients' data integration needs and system customization
  • Troubleshoot technical issues extensively and create customized reports
  • Create and modify integration configurations with internal and external systems
  • Analyze trends to prevent future problems and handle an above-average volume of requests
  • Vet bugs and defects and communicate system outages effectively
