Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced SQL Server skills, including queries and reporting
- Strong experience with Windows server configuration and IIS troubleshooting
- Experience with web APIs, CSV, XML data, Remote Desktop, and VPN is essential
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Day to day
- Assist support team in live queues during peak season
- Support clients throughout regular support hours, occasionally including weekends
- Partner with Product and Development teams on troubleshooting and service initiatives
- Provide technical mentorship and feedback to Technical Support Specialists
- Address clients' data integration needs and system customization
- Troubleshoot technical issues extensively and create customized reports
- Create and modify integration configurations with internal and external systems
- Analyze trends to prevent future problems and handle an above-average volume of requests
- Vet bugs and defects and communicate system outages effectively
