Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, networking, and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused and passionate about helping others

Desirables

  • Experience with support ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of scripting languages
  • Certifications in relevant technologies



What the job involves

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our software products
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs and improve product functionality
  • Document support cases and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base
  • Conduct client training sessions and webinars
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage
