Requirements

High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of engineering experience
3+ years in production support, system administration, or related roles
Strong understanding of SRE principles
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Proficiency in scripting languages
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools
Experience with configuration management tools
Experience with incident management tools
Knowledge of database management and tuning

Day to day

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of digital banking systems
Resolve escalated issues efficiently as a technology first responder
Monitor production systems for performance, availability, and reliability
