Who you are

  • In-depth knowledge of penetration testing, application security, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Strong knowlege in networks, Linux/Unix, and Windows administration.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Scripting skills in Java or Python and familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills for issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management.
  • Capable of troubleshooting complex issues.

Desirables

  • REST/SOAP services experience
  • Helpdesk environment experience
  • Technical writing skills
  • Computer Science degree



What the job involves

  • Provide technical support for both internal and external customers.
  • Understand and effectively communicate NetSPI’s product functionalities and client workflows.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQ entries to support client self-service.
  • Customize and troubleshoot integrations and manage API access issues.
  • Prioritize and resolve multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Train and onboard Junior Support Engineers and Support Engineers.
