Who you are

  • Comfortable using tooling like Postman or curl to reproduce issues on Rutter’s REST API
  • Write workable code in a high-level language like python, typescript, or ruby
  • Love working with customers
  • Be unsatisfied until the customer problem is well solved
  • At least somewhat data-driven about outcomes
  • Proficiency in SQL is a significant bonus
  • 2+ years of engineering experience or 4+ years of technical support experience


What the job involves

  • Work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to solve technical problems faced by our customers
  • Provide space to pursue reach goals beyond primary responsibilities
  • Improve Rutter’s product offering in collaboration with product, engineering, and the broader organization
