Comfortable using tooling like Postman or curl to reproduce issues on Rutter’s REST API
Write workable code in a high-level language like python, typescript, or ruby
Love working with customers
Be unsatisfied until the customer problem is well solved
At least somewhat data-driven about outcomes
Proficiency in SQL is a significant bonus
2+ years of engineering experience or 4+ years of technical support experience

Day to day

Work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to solve technical problems faced by our customers
Provide space to pursue reach goals beyond primary responsibilities
Improve Rutter’s product offering in collaboration with product, engineering, and the broader organization
