Day to day

  • Act as the first responder for technical issues affecting live customer Virtual Agents and resolve problems quickly and carefully
  • Coordinate priorities across customers with operations engineering and customer success to maintain smooth service delivery
  • Improve internal tooling documentation and runbooks to increase efficiency and help internal teams become more self-sufficient
