Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GCP data ingestion ETL processes and BigQuery
- Experience with Power BI dashboards report monitoring scheduled refreshes and Office 365 email notifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills in ReactJS React Native Java and AWS applications
- Solid understanding of incident management production support application logs monitoring tools and issue tracking systems
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application Support Production Support or Software Engineering
- Hands-on experience supporting cloud-based applications and data platforms
- Strong experience in incident management problem management root cause analysis and production monitoring
- Excellent organizational analytical and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

Day to day
- Monitor production applications data pipelines dashboards and refresh jobs to ensure stable reliable performance
- Investigate troubleshoot and resolve incidents using logs alerts metrics and dashboards while meeting SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis maintain runbooks and drive automation and process improvements for production support
