Requirements
- 4+ years of Engineering Manager experience leading Agile remote software teams
- 5-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience with full-stack web development including Ruby on Rails and React
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with APIs and relational databases
- Proven ability to deliver complex software products on time with high code quality and reliability
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with distributed nearshore offshore or vendor-supported teams
- Leadership style grounded in servant leadership coaching and inclusive team culture
- Healthcare health-tech or other regulated industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR EHR integrations clinical workflow tools or healthcare data standards preferred
- Exposure to data platform engineering ETL pipelines or data infrastructure

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a remote software engineering team, building accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

- Partner across Product, Clinical Operations, Data, and Vendors to deliver software that improves patient care and supports clinical workflows.
