Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information services, mathematics, or related field
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design
  • Experience working in employee benefits, insurance, or finance
  • Demonstrated project management/leadership experience and communication skills
  • Ability to work west coast hours
  • Strong knowledge of finance, HR, IT, and administrative processes related to team management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive change
  • Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
