Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information services, mathematics, or related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design
- Experience working in employee benefits, insurance, or finance
- Demonstrated project management/leadership experience and communication skills
- Ability to work west coast hours
- Strong knowledge of finance, HR, IT, and administrative processes related to team management
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive change
- Experience with process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
