Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science Automation Logistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system support operations
- Background in robotics logistics automation WMS systems or large-scale internet system support
- Proficient in MySQL database including SQL optimization transactions locking mechanisms and performance tuning
- Proficient in Linux OS with Shell scripting and system diagnostics tools
- Solid foundation in Java programming and ability to read application code logic
- Familiar with networking fundamentals and common application service architectures
- Excellent logical analysis stress resilience and customer service mindset
- Effective cross-team communication skills

Day to day
- Provide advanced technical support by diagnosing and resolving escalated system issues from L1 teams, including anomalies performance bottlenecks and integration failures.
- Investigate root causes across databases systems and application logic while collaborating closely with R&D product and other departments to drive effective resolutions.
- Create detailed case studies solution documents and knowledge base content while delivering technical training and guidance to customers and internal support teams.
