  • 3+ years of network support experience
  • 3+ years of infrastructure support experience
  • 3+ years of O365 support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology preferred
  • Experience with Linux and Windows servers
  • Experience with database data center and client/server application support
  • Occasional onsite travel to local client sites
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible customer-driven environment
  • Proven multitasking skills with strong focus on detail and accuracy
  • Experience operating in an MSP environment supporting multiple customers

Day to day

  • Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across internal and client environments
  • Run and support netstation migration scripts while managing Meraki and Cisco deployments
