Requirements
- 3+ years of network support experience
- 3+ years of infrastructure support experience
- 3+ years of O365 support experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology preferred
- Experience with Linux and Windows servers
- Experience with database data center and client/server application support
- Occasional onsite travel to local client sites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a flexible customer-driven environment
- Proven multitasking skills with strong focus on detail and accuracy
- Experience operating in an MSP environment supporting multiple customers

Day to day
- Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across internal and client environments
- Run and support netstation migration scripts while managing Meraki and Cisco deployments
- Act as a key escalation point for technical support and maintain accurate documentation and asset records
