- Experience creating training content and learning materials
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills

- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint Teams Excel Word and SharePoint

Day to day
- Design and deliver instructor-led virtual and self-paced training programs for employees
- Create engaging learning assets such as presentations job aids quick reference guides videos process documentation and knowledge articles
- Support adoption of business systems and technology tools by translating system updates process changes and requirements into clear learning content
- Facilitate system launches enhancements and adoption initiatives while maintaining accurate and current training materials
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate content support onboarding and improve learning programs using feedback and adoption metrics
