Requirements
- 5+ years in systems administration or systems engineering
- 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead role
- Strong experience with enterprise identity and directory platforms
- Experience with endpoint/device management across macOS and Windows fleets
- Experience with cloud infrastructure administration and containerized services
- Knowledge of secrets management
- Ability to coach and develop a technical team
- Comfort working in a regulated environment with audit and compliance requirements
- Strong troubleshooting across identity network endpoint and infrastructure layers

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of systems administrators supporting identity endpoint and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee high availability performance and security of core systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Drive standardized configuration patching lifecycle management and incident response practices in a regulated global workforce environment.
