    What the job involves

    • The Syteline Developer is responsible for the development maintenance of stored procedures IDOs UETs and other software code relative to the organization’s SyteLine systems
    • Develops and updates software code (MS SQL Mongoose C# & .Net) as needed for the business
    • Analyzes and maintains applications processes and procedures
    • Advises on improvements to business processes to better utilize the functionality of the ERP system
    • Stays updated on industry trends and makes cost effective and efficient recommendations for integrations
    • Works with the Director of Information Technology to develop plan and implement the overall strategic goals of the organization's IT environment
    • Designs develops and tests applications in accordance with established standards
    • Assists in the collection and documentation of user's requirements development of user stories and build estimates
    • Prepares reports manuals and other documentation on the status operation and maintenance of software
    • Refines and tunes integrations between applications
    • Provides third-level support and training to business users
    • Serves as an SME for the ERP system and provides timely response to trouble tickets
    • Adheres to strict code promotion procedures
    • Prepares reports as needed by the organization
    • Assists business users in defining report requirements to obtain accurate and timely information
