Who you are

• Internal or agency recruitment experience managing high-volume front-line vacancies
• Experience of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment within an internal recruitment team and recruiting nationally from a remote role
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
• Experience of managing advertising and supporting front line activity
• Ability to maintain great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and results focused
• Customer focused and comfortable in a customer facing role
• IT literate - Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, internet, corporate HR systems
• Ability to work effectively from home
• Flexible and adaptable to deal with shifting, multiple priorities
• UK driving licence and able to travel nationally when required

What the job involves

• Discuss and agree front line recruitment needs with hiring managers in the Government services sector and develop an effective sector recruitment plan
• Build relationships with hiring managers to complete the recruitment process and achieve success
• Monitor/manage job requisitions and support managers to align them with business requirements and recruitment campaigns
