Day to day

  • The Talent Acquisition Advisor will oversee, coordinate, and manage recruiting efforts for their region or business area. They will utilize KPIs to guide staffing solutions and evaluate a region’s hiring infrastructure. The role involves implementing new recruiting procedures and working closely with operations peers.
  • Develop action plans to build and sustain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Assist with seasonal recruiting strategies for all assigned markets. Manage KPIs to meet business needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as the first contact for questions on the application process, conduct research on regional retention and recruiting tactics, Develop relationships with university contacts. Communicate with recruiting teams to ensure SOPs are met. Summarize and present regional recruiting challenges and solutions.
