Remote Talent Acquisition & HR Data Analyst Job in Birmingham, AL Alliance Animal Health

Who you are

• Relevant degree such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business/Administration
• Data analyst certifications, SQL, ML, Power BI preferred
• Extensive experience with MS Office tools (Excel and PPT)
• Familiarity with talent acquisition & applicant tracking software, and various national job boards

What the job involves

• Provide insights into the recruitment process and identify trends and areas of success.
• Analyze data from candidate sources including applicant tracking systems, job postings, and candidate databases.
• Generate weekly and ad hoc reports from applicant tracking system, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Create dashboards focusing on key metrics like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and effectiveness ratios.
• Support HR data and reporting needs to provide insights on retention and employee engagement.
