Requirements
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in healthcare clinical or regulated industries
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers clinical leaders and business stakeholders
- Sound judgment and empathy with commitment to equitable patient-first hiring practices
- Comfort using tech-enabled systems and data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with employment law healthcare credentialing and state licensure requirements
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with professionalism and resilience
- Working knowledge of SmartRecruiters Predictive Index eSkill or similar tools
- Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Organizational/Industrial Psychology Management or Psychology
- 5-8 years of experience in talent excellence
- Exceptional listening skills and strong English communication skills

Day to day
- Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles in a remote healthcare environment
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and talent communities
- Support talent integration by tracking onboarding success early engagement and quality of hire metrics
- Partner closely with hiring managers clinical leaders and business stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes and reduce early turnover
