  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote work environment
  • Creative sourcing expertise across multiple channels and search approaches
  • High technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems assessment platforms background screening tools and recruiting technologies
  • Analytical skills using Excel for tracking analysis and decision-making
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered recruiting tools with human oversight
  • Knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing structured assessment and equitable hiring practices

Day to day

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, from sourcing and pipeline building to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Support onboarding and early engagement by tracking new-hire surveys and improving workflows for stronger transition outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to shape candidate profiles, improve hiring quality, and strengthen talent mobility across the organization.
