- Experience in partnering with external recruitment agencies.

- Passionate about creative sourcing and providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to establish trusted relationships.
Day to day
- Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards and social media.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
