  • At least 7 years focused on skilled trades recruiting
  • 1+ year hands-on experience using Avature ATS and/or CRM
  • Experience sourcing electricians welders mechanics HVAC technicians maintenance technicians machinists or similar roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and social media
  • Experience building and managing talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Day to day

  • Source skilled trades candidates across the U.S. using Avature LinkedIn job boards social media and trade-specific resources

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to screen candidates share market insights and execute targeted sourcing campaigns
