Who you are

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition either in-house or agency
• Ability to use ATS systems proficiently for candidate progression and onboarding
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills at all levels
• Experience in property or built environment recruitment desirable
• CIPD or REC membership and full UK driving licence preferred

What the job involves

• Collaborate with hiring managers and Directors to understand role and business requirements
• Draft and place job adverts to attract quality candidates
• Administer vacancy advertising on various platforms including company intranet and job boards
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet requirements and summarize suitability
• Arrange interviews and assessments manage job offers and support candidates through onboarding
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates and champion social media recruitment strategies
