• Ability to travel to company offices as required

• CIPD/REC member
• Full UK driving license

What the job involves

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process
• Draft and place job adverts to attract quality candidates
• Actively source and headhunt candidates
• Conduct initial screening of applicants and summarize their suitability
• Arrange interviews and manage the entire candidate selection process through the ATS
• Provide feedback and support to unsuccessful candidates
• Utilize social media to promote job opportunities and strengthen the brand
