- Experience with digital sourcing and in-person local market recruiting
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing operations and other departments
- Experience managing a recruiting budget
- Comfort using ATS platforms such as Paylocity and Workable
- Past experience using project management systems including Asana and Monday
- Ability to schedule hiring process steps with other departments

- Own end-to-end recruiting across 15 states with a focus on sustainable growth

- Collaborate with marketing and operations to strengthen employer brand campaigns manage pipelines reduce time-to-hire and track retention metrics
