What the job involves

• Performs full cycle recruiting including sourcing screening administering assessments qualifying candidates interviewing and formulating offers
• Develops recruiting campaigns creates and places employment advertisements tracks progress of open positions and provides support during the hiring process orientation and on-boarding for new employees
• Coordinates and conducts phone video and in-person interviews for yourself hiring managers and leaders within the organization
• Serves as talent advisor to coach mentor and train hiring managers on recruiting plans tools and hiring efforts
• Develops and implements strategies to build robust talent pipelines and utilizes various sourcing plans and tools including internet research ATS social media and innovative strategies
• Partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review update and develop job descriptions
• Provides weekly reports and metrics on recruiting activity adheres to metrics goals and hiring objectives
• Initiates and manages candidate assessment background screening reference checking and pre-employment testing process
• Champions internal mobility employee referral and internship programs
• Develops relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and coordinates recruitment events
• Ensures compliance with legal regulations internal operational best practices and safety guidelines
• Performs additional duties as assigned
