Who you are

  • Career break required: you must have taken an intentional career break of at least 3+ years (e.g., for family commitments, personal reasons, sabbatical, etc.) and are now looking to return to the workforce
  • 5+ years of previous experience and expertise in recruiting, preferably in the tech industry
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools
  • Proactive and driven to succeed
  • Display a strong work ethic, resilience, and a growth mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly



What the job involves

  • Partner with an existing Talent Acquisition Partner to learn the ropes and provide support throughout the recruiting process
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, participate in intake sessions with hiring managers
  • Interpret assessment results, craft job descriptions, and schedule interviews
  • Conduct detailed prescreen interviews and administer assessments to identify candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a diverse pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs
