5+ years of previous experience and expertise in recruiting, preferably in the tech industry
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools

What the job involves
Partner with an existing Talent Acquisition Partner to learn the ropes and provide support throughout the recruiting process
Source candidates, screen resumes, participate in intake sessions with hiring managers
Interpret assessment results, craft job descriptions, and schedule interviews
Conduct detailed prescreen interviews and administer assessments to identify candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Build and maintain a diverse pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs
