Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources business or related field or equivalent experience
- At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Three or more years supporting healthcare hiring
- Strong sourcing skills with success engaging passive candidates
- Experience recruiting in clinical research healthcare life sciences or multi-location healthcare environments preferred
- Comfortable working with executives site leaders and hiring managers
- Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Workable is a plus

Day to day
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for site-based and professional roles across a growing national clinical research network.
- Partner closely with site leaders executives HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to shape hiring needs sourcing plans and candidate evaluation.
- Build strong candidate pipelines conduct screens and guide searches through offer acceptance while supporting a professional candidate experience.
