Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting construction engineering industrial infrastructure or utility organizations
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing platforms
- Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Day to day
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for technical engineering project management and construction leadership roles using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards networking referrals and other sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while supporting large-scale power delivery projects
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to evaluate qualifications experience interest and cultural fit and deliver a positive candidate experience
