Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for hourly non-exempt manufacturing employees
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole
- Experience with high volume recruiting in beef protein or food manufacturing
- Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system
- Strong work ethic and personal responsibility for outcomes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Effective negotiating skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to recruiting events
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Day to day
- Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles while aligning hiring activity with plant staffing goals and company culture.
- Partner closely with facility leadership to source assess interview and onboard candidates using data driven strategies and recruiting best practices.
- Build talent pipelines manage job fairs strengthen employer branding and maintain accurate recruiting metrics and applicant tracking records.
