Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or a staffing agency
- Experience recruiting within skilled trades construction plumbing HVAC electrical home services restoration or related industries is a plus
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for trade office and leadership roles across Hawaii operations.
- Source screen and qualify candidates through multiple channels while creating a positive engaging candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and branch leadership to forecast staffing needs build pipelines and strengthen hiring processes.
