Day to day

  • Join our Police Staff Resourcing team to help attract outstanding individuals to the CNC
  • Take ownership of the recruitment and selection of our technical specialist and key vacancies by supporting our Direct Hire strategy
  • Build and develop talent pools for future requirements by proactively direct sourcing and outreach to passive candidates
  • Continuously enhance our inclusive recruitment experience
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to engage internal stakeholders and work alongside hiring managers to take vacancy briefings
  • Inform the recruitment strategy for each campaign with your market research
  • Raise the CNC’s profile more widely and network by attending local recruitment and careers events
  • Make the CNC a local employer of choice
