  • Prior experience in the blockchain industry.
  • Talent hiring experience for Web3 or Crypto companies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong values ethics and integrity.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Day to day

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and shape effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels and screen CVs with precision.
  • Coordinate interviews manage candidate experience and maintain ATS records while supporting HR initiatives.
