Requirements

  • Healthcare recruitment experience required
  • 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in healthcare staffing or healthcare organizations
  • Experience recruiting clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners Physician Assistants Physicians Nurses Medical Assistants or related healthcare roles strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Must operate successfully as an independent contractor with minimal supervision managing own time tools and business operations
