Requirements
- Healthcare recruitment experience required
- 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in healthcare staffing or healthcare organizations
- Experience recruiting clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners Physician Assistants Physicians Nurses Medical Assistants or related healthcare roles strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Must operate successfully as an independent contractor with minimal supervision managing own time tools and business operations

Day to day
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for clinical and corporate healthcare roles across assigned markets
- Source screen and coordinate interviews for multiple open requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines maintain candidate records and collaborate with hiring managers to fill hard-to-fill positions
