Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a talent development or training role within the cybersecurity or technology sector
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resource and/or L&D platforms
Day to day
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs using a hybrid of external training courses and in-house training sessions and workshops
- Implement and manage talent development initiatives, including mentorship programs, career pathing, and leadership development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
