Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a talent development or training role within the cybersecurity or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across departments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resource and/or L&D platforms

Day to day

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs using a hybrid of external training courses and in-house training sessions and workshops
  • Implement and manage talent development initiatives, including mentorship programs, career pathing, and leadership development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
