Requirements
- 2+ years of dental recruiting and/or sourcing experience with full-cycle or early pipeline focus
- Experience building relationships with dental schools to recruit early career dental professionals
- Demonstrated success developing multi-channel strategies to build diverse early career talent pipelines
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System required
- ICIMS experience strongly preferred
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 40% including evenings weekends and overnight stays

Day to day
- Support and execute a nationwide specialty campus recruitment strategy for dental talent.
- Represent Smile Brands at dental schools specialty programs career fairs networking events and university activations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students faculty and schools while capturing and managing leads in the CRM.
