• 3-5 years of experience in Talent & Learning, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or equivalent
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency gains in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinker able to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives
• Track record building impactful data/reporting initiatives from scratch and analytically evaluating them with data for the next phase
• Proficiency in excel and microsoft apps
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, VBS or equivalent basic coding language
